To ensure all local talent is being utilized, Jelocorp facilitates a full spectrum international recruitment drive for our clients. Our team book testing facilities nationally, taking care of all logistics, paperwork and travelling required for an effective recruitment drive. After consulting with the client, and if being unsuccessful in recruiting the amount of skilled labour available locally, we would then present foreign labour to the project/site.
Process of Managing Foreign Labour
Jelocorp intends to register, and partner with entities in different regions and countries, enabling us to supply quality candidates on any permits the client requires them to enter. All depends on the project and duration of the project, at exceptionally affordable rates. We intend on setting up an international company in the East running a highly efficient testing facility, where the candidates are screened, assessed, and certified for the necessary skills required. Jelocorp aims to bring candidates into Africa and internationally successfully. We have full time in-house Chinese coordinators that ensure clear communication between the foreign labour, ourselves and the clients.
We take care of all the documentation on foreign labour, such as:
- All certifications
- Work permits
- Sourcing information on the application as per clients specifications
- Assist in arranging all candidate requirements, i.e. accommodation, meal, flights, logistics
- Daily assistance to and from the different countries
